Premium rebar meets SNI 2052:2024, which governs yield strength, tensile strength, ductility, and chemical composition. 2. Accurate dimensions
Actual diameter and weight match the label, with no undersizing. This is what separates it from bars sold below their stated size to hit a lower price. Shaving 1 mm off a D13 bar sounds trivial, but it removes roughly 15 per cent of the cross-sectional area, and tensile capacity falls in proportion.
3. Consistent bond
Quality deformed bar has ribs of precise height, spacing, and angle. Those ribs are what lock the bar into the concrete. Shallow or irregular ribs reduce bond strength, allowing the bar to slip before it reaches its tensile capacity.
4. Traceability
Every delivery comes with a mill certificate recording tensile test, bend test, and chemical composition for that specific batch number. Without it, steel quality cannot be proven — only trusted.
